Covenant Public Concerts

Covenant Public Concerts 2017 season is almost over - one more date ahead!

October 1, 2017 ~ Tom Heinze, Ed Wargo & Jay Steveskey

Due to changes in their travel schedules, Lucy Russell and Sezi Seskir, who were slated to perform on Sunday, Oct. 1st, have had to postpone their recital at Covenant until later in 2018. Happily, though, we are thrilled to announce that 3 of our favorite performers from our Advent & Lenten Wednesday evening services have taken the date and will perform together as the final concert in the Covenant Public Concert 2017 series.

Oboist Tom Heinze, flutist Ed Wargo and guitarist Jay Steveskey will be presented in recital on Sunday, October 1st at 3:00 P.M. in the sanctuary at Covenant. You will not want to miss this chance to hear these gentlemen in solo performances  - and in duos and trios as well! There might even be an organ piece thrown in for good measure – a quartet!

All concerts begin at 3:00 P.M. in the sanctuary.

All concerts are FREE with a free-will offering to support the series.

Non-Perishable Food Items collected for Safety Net at all concerts.

Everyone is invited to a "meet the artists" reception following each concert.
Concerts are partially supported by grants from
The Lackawanna County Council on the Arts
